The Client Issue: Abhimanyu was searching for a few answers both at personal and professional front that he was going through in his life.

The Solution: He started exploring with me with a lot of trust in the process. Sessions with me assisted him in going deep within and that bought a shift in his consciousness. And this what he had to say. - My journey with Nivedita goes back to almost half a decade back. (There was something in my life that was not working - i wasn't myself and i could feel that every moment. Even though i had a 'normal' life in terms of the established way of having a nice job and a family. Yet, i felt unfulfilled - the effect of this was that i had started living in victim mode and was constantly unhappy.)

 

Meeting with Nivedita opened me to my own internal power - wherein - I remember her words, "Everything is a point of view and I have the choice to accept or reject the point of view." This was a very empowering thought nugget that she gave me. Effectively, I started feeling empowered and felt that I wasn't bound to oblige / live by the said rules that were suffocating me. I would say that's where my growth path started. In a year's time, I had stopped feeling victim neither did I feel guilty for anything as I had learnt not to subject myself to obligatory expectations called as social norms - and the miracle was I was doing this my being respectful to everyone around. The earlier dilemma of 'if I tell my truth, it will hurt others' was gone!

Eventually, I learnt Reiki from Nivedita and that opened me up to another orbit shift - and love the 5 reiki principles of 'just for today...'. The inherent power in it is - we need to take life one micro step at a time and when we are able to do that with full faith in the force / power / God (whatever you want to invoke), we reach the destination that we are meant to reach.

All these learning would have been impossible without a guru like Nivedita! Not just she has taught me the skills through hypnotherapy and Reiki but she has opened up my perspectives to a higher consciousness!
