The Client Issue: Reena was very unhappy with her patterns of fearful thoughts. She was getting frustrated with her weight issues caused due to emotional eating. She also had thyroid imbalance.

 

The Solution: I worked with her for a series of sessions. She ended up learning not only a few tools to deal with these situations but also was able to control her emotional eating . Her thyroid too is under control now. And this what she had to say:
